Return & Exchange Conditions

• We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged) to qualify for a return or exchange.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@paperises.com with your order number and reason for the return.

How to Return an Item:

1. Request a Return: To initiate the return process, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Non-returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Items without the original packaging or that are used cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If the item you received is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
